main functions:
-Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, --transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc
-prepare Beautiful design for the concert venue
-Preparation of requests for various events and parties
-Meet guests' needs
-Continuous improvement and development
-Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors and stakeholders during event planning
-good communication with guests.
-Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
