Commis Chef


We are currently recruiting for a Commis Chef. This is a full time and permanent position working 40 hours per week spread over five days and includes working weekends.

The ideal candidate will need to be an excellent all-rounder who is passionate about food, including its presentation, service and quality, and experience in cooking creative and innovative dishes. The role would suit an enthusiastic team player who wants to work alongside the Head Chef and look to further learn and develop their skills.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you must have food Safety level 2 minimum and NVQ Level 2 professional cookery or the equivalent, and be able to work 40 hours per week (including evenings and weekends). You must have good communication skills and be able to remain calm under pressure, be a great team player, flexible and adaptable.
